Limitless Adventure



The Client
Robert (Bobby) Brown is a long-distance hiker based out of Lake Norman, North Carolina and Asheville. Serving as a healthy outlet following his struggles with addiction, Bobby began his passion in 2020 hiking local trails within the Blue Ridge Mountains. Over time his hikes became longer and his goals became higher. In his most recent feat, he thru-hiked the entirety of the Appalachian Trail for six months between March and October of 2020.
The Task
With aspirations of becoming an influencer for the hiking community, sharing his struggles with addiction and how he shifted his focus into a healthy outlet, Bobby needed help in creating an eye-catching and professional brand for himself in order to expand his audience and gain a following.

What I Did
I built out a desktop and mobile prototype for Bobby’s brand “Limitless Adventure,” highlighting him and his experiences. I designed a new logo, updated and refreshed his merchandise and developed a mocked up example showcasing a potential brand expansion that incorporates a vlogging series into his hiking adventures. Additionally, I created a tangible design for the Limitless Adventure brand in the form of business cards showcasing Bobby’s contact information and social media handles. To encapsulate Bobby's passion and unique personality, I honed in on bold graphic components and color choices that weave together both a bright and rugged outdoorsy aesthetic.
